The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.

The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

Resort Policies

Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 1:00 PM
(You can arrive early and stay at the resto)

Kindly present a valid government-issued ID together with your booking confirmation upon check-in.

Early check-in* / Late check-out* fee: PhP 500 per hour.
*Subject to room availability

For Day Tour Guest/s: 8 hrs
Check-In 10:00 AM
Check-Out Time: 6:00 PM
(Subject to cabana availability)

Extra Person / Extra Bed
Extra person and/or extra bed fee is PhP 1,000 per head per night, inclusive of free breakfast and dinner. Kids ages five (6) years old and below can stay for free, if using existing beds. If they will avail breakfast add P200.

Children
All children 7 years old and above are considered paying guest.

All children (a person under 15 years of age) staying at the Resort must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times especially when using the pool.

Extra beds are available with an additional fee. These are limited and subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking.

Please Note

• BREAKFAST is open from 7am to 10am with complimentary coffee.
• POOL is open from 7am to 10pm.
• QUITE time is until 10pm.
• FOOD and DRINKS are not allowed as Ionian Cabana have own Resto Bar and Café which is affordable and good for sharing. Chips and water for kids. Cakes are allowed.
• Towels, body wash, and shampoo is provided except toothpaste & toothbrush (kindly bring your own).
• If u wish to book for island hopping at Little Boracay or water activities, pls inform ahead the reception upon check in for the schedule.
• Short stairway going to resort – please ask for staff assistance for senior citizens and PWDs.

Payments

To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the total amount must be done through Online Bank Transfer.

Property Policies

Pets
PET IS ALLOWED (limit to 1-2 pet only) – Pets must be fully trained. All pets must be restrained or kept on a leash/cage on Ionian Cabana property when not in the guest’s bedroom. No pet should be left unattended.
Picking up pet poop, bagging it and throw safely and proper using signed garbage.

Pet must be on DIAPER all the time especially when inside cabanas and restricted inside the swimming pool. Extra pet will be charged P 300/pet

Payments
To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the total amount must be done through GCash,

Damage to Property
We reserve the right to charges any damage incurred to your room or the Resort during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Resort Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year, our Resort may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact the Resort directly in advance of your stay for further information.

Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Resort, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Resort, or cause offense to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. Guests shall exercise diligence in the protection of their persons and effects against injury, theft, loss and other contingencies.

No Smoking
The Resort is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the rooms. We do provide designated smoking areas in the Resort to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke.

Food and Drinks

• Strictly NOT allowed. We have our own Resto Bar which is affordable and goofy for sharing. You may browse our Resto Bar & Café Menus! (Cakes are allowed).

Use of Pool
Pool Safety: The following ratios must be adhered to and all children must be supervised in the water at all times by a responsible adult. Parents to accept full responsibility for their children before entering swimming areas.

• Walk, don’t run. The number one pool safety rule is to never, ever run near a swimming pool.
• Listen to instructions and obey pool rules and always follow the guidance of our lifeguard.
• Strictly NO DIVING allowed.
• No rough play either.
• Never swim alone! Parents should always keep an eye on their children. Always have an adult nearby even if your kids are old enough to swim. Even if your child is a great swimmer, you never know what might happen. Swimming without parental supervision may seem enticing to kids of all ages. However, it’s important for them to know how dangerous that can be in the event of an accident. Strictly follow these rules.
• Avoid going to the pool if you have the flu, open wounds, or warts. You do not want to infect other pool visitors.
• Swimming is prohibited if you are drunk.
• Please wear proper swimwear. T-shirt and denim shorts are not allowed.
• Do not enter the pool if you are dirty. Always shower first.
• No food and drinks inside the pool.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, the pre-payment is non-refundable but rebooking will be allowed. Rebooking is subject to availability. No rebooking allowed within 14 days prior check-in date. No rebooking allowed on holidays and during peak season. In case of NO SHOW, refund and rebooking will not be allowed.
